This document outlines how to use my services during competition days. I break it down into 3 segments. Warm up, shake out, and warm down. PLEASE remember when you sign out that I will try to get you on the table at the time you request but I will be working off 3 lists of athletes.  If you need a shake out before your race make sure you give yourself plenty of time.  You don't want to make yourself more nervous by trying [...]
